Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of their lesson or no-shows will be charged as if the lesson was held.
• Appointments are made by instructor before they can assume their lesson is booked. Students will receive an email to confirm appointment. If appointment is not confirmed by student, then the appointment will not be held. 
• Students will not be charged for any lessons the instructor cancels.
• If student does not pay their balance (invoiced every 4 lessons) then appointments will be cancelled.
